This activity can be completed individually or as a group. Here are some ideas for using this with a group:- Reward group members who journal daily. Perhaps you give those who finish the program a prize or enter them in a prize drawing.
- Find an accountability partner or small group to ensure you are following through.
- Share what you are grateful for at team meetings or via a virtual chat.
- Start a bulletin board where group members can post notes or pictures with what they are grateful for.
