Build Healthy Habits
Many aspects of health contribute to your wellness, including:

- Getting enough exercise, sleep and water
- Maintaining good health through prevention
- Ridding yourself of stress
- Discovering your passions
Building healthy habits in these areas can be hard for many. While it takes more than 31 days to build a new habit, this monthlong program can help you get the jump-start you need. All month, you will learn more about these aspects of wellness and work toward building new habits.
How it works
While we love to have all family members develop healthy habits, this program is geared toward people 16 and older.
Upon registration, you will receive a calendar that outlines your daily activities and provides a place to track your participation. Every day, you will record if you get enough sleep and exercise, drink enough water, express gratitude and complete the daily activity. You will receive a weekly email that expands on the daily activities.
Connect with others
While this is an individual program, some find it more fun to connect with others.
Here are a few ways that you can involve others through the program:
- Challenge your family and friends to a healthy competition.
- Participate with a friend or family member, so you can encourage each other to meet your goals.
Register
As soon as you register, your monthlong journey will begin. You'll receive a welcome email that includes a link to the calendar that lists the daily activities. Check your junk mail folder if you don't receive it.
You can print the checklist or save it to your desktop and record your progress electronically.
Each week, you'll receive an email that expands on the daily activities for the next week.
