Improving Quality of Life, Health & Well-being of the Community
Because life is busy, and individuals and families are at different spots on their wellness journey, we offer a variety of free, self-guided programs that can improve different aspects of your health and wellness. Feel free to share these programs with friends, family, teachers and other youth leaders.

Discover Gratitude
Having a positive outlook in life can improve your mental well-being and health. Sharing kindness and being mindful support this positive shift.
During this monthlong program, you'll journal daily about thankfulness, mindfulness and kindness on a provided journal sheets.
This program is appropriate for adults and children, and is completed individually.

Fall Into Wellness
Building healthy habits can be difficult. While it takes more than 31 days to build a new habit, this monthlong program can help you get the jump-start you need. All month, you'll learn more about several aspects of wellness and work toward building new habits.

Journey to Wellness
Being healthy, or keeping your workforce healthy, can be hard. Wading through all the resources can be overwhelming. Mayo Clinic Health System has cut through the noise and bundled key materials into free monthly toolkits to keep you, your family, your friends and your employees healthy.
Each month, we'll focus on a different aspect of healthy living. During this yearlong program, you use the provided resources and activities, choosing those that are important to you and completing them on your schedule.
This program is appropriate for ages 16 and older, and is completed individually.

Kickstart Kindness
Kindness has been shown to increase self-esteem, empathy and compassion; decrease anxiety and stress; and improve mood and relationships.
During this monthlong program, you'll complete as many activities as you'd like from the list of nearly 100 ideas. You're invited to extend kindness to co-workers, community, environment, home and family, neighborhood, school and yourself. There are two ways to participate: you pick or you draw a slip.
This program is appropriate for adults and children, and can be completed individually or as a group.

Slim Your Screen Time
Less screen time allows you to increase your physical activity, build social relationships that contribute to resiliency, and improve your mood and mental health.
During the two-month program, you'll be encouraged to play, explore and connect more by completing as many activities as you'd like from a list of nearly 100 ideas. Two lists are available: warm/sunny and cool/snowy.
This program is appropriate for adults and children, and can be completed individually or as a group.
