Important notice for patients in labor
Like many other rural healthcare organizations across the country, Mayo Clinic Health System in Fairmont is experiencing obstetrics physician staffing challenges. Therefore, depending on physician availability at the time of labor, patients may be transitioned to Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato or another facility of their choice to deliver.
It’s important to call us at 507-238-8195 at the first signs of labor so we can discuss your delivery plan and whether transitioning to another location is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
For pregnancy-related issues, contact your care team directly or call the Nurse Line at 1-877-412-7575.
