A person's health is influenced by many factors (e.g., genetic, behavior, environment, social, economy). Health care needs of every individual is unique. I believe in a holistic approach to health care to address these multifactorial causes of health and illnesses.
My professional goal is to be able to provide individualized health care to you and meet your unique health care needs. My focus is also on empowering and educating you to ensure the health outcomes and benefits run long-term.
I was born and raised in a beautiful country, Nepal. I moved to the United States after completing my bachelor's degree. While in the U.S., I obtained an enriching experience as an inpatient nurse. This provided me an opportunity to understand different perspectives of health and well-being, cultural components in health care and the health regulations.
I am married to my supportive husband and have two lovely boys. I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling, hiking, sightseeing, camping and volunteering.
