Mayo Post Acute Care Services

24/7 skilled nursing care

You'll receive skilled nursing care services, including wound care, respiratory support, intravenous treatment, cardiac monitoring, pain management and complex tube feedings.

Rehabilitation

You'll have access to rehabilitation therapy programs seven days a week, including physical, occupational, speech or respiratory therapies; and cardiac rehabilitation.

Full access to hospital services

You'll have full access to laboratory, X-ray and other hospital services.

Social services

We will help you find equipment and other resources that you might need upon returning home. If you are not able to return home, we will assist you in finding another option for continued care.

Activities

Leisure activities and spiritual programs are available to provide for whole-body care.
