I believe in shared decision making. I will sit with you and listen to your present concerns regarding your spine and discuss what has been done with your past and present treatments. I want to make sure we take time to review imaging studies and explain what I see. From there, we will decide together the best treatment options and what is right for you.

The spine likes and responds best to exercise and activity. I tend to focus on a very active approach using physical therapy and exercise in most cases along with other medical, and possibly invasive, options in conjunction, if needed.
