Health Career Scholarships in Fairmont

We believe in helping future healthcare providers and offers local scholarships each year to promising students seeking a career in healthcare. Applications are collected in the spring each year and must be accompanied by an official copy of your transcript.

Blanche Kindstrom Hospital Auxiliary Scholarships

This scholarship offers:

  • A $1,000 scholarship to a Fairmont High School senior
  • A $1,000 scholarship to a high school senior from the clinic service area outside of Fairmont

Fairmont Community Hospital Foundation Erma H. Rosen Scholarship

  • Applicants must be entering the last year of one of two full time accredited nursing programs:
    • A four-year bachelor of science nursing program (four-year BSN)
    • A three-year accelerated bachelor of science nursing program (three-year accelerated BSN)
  • Preference is given to students who graduated from a high school in Martin, Faribault or Jackson counties or the surrounding area.

  • Applications are open Feb. 1 and close April 15 of each year.
