Inpatient Services in Eau Claire
You deserve respectful, effective psychiatric care in a safe and therapeutic environment. Our Inpatient Psychiatry and Psychology team is committed to making a positive difference in your life.
The Inpatient Psychiatry and Psychology unit is designed to help you benefit from evaluation and short-term treatment in a hospital setting. Our treatment team includes board-certified psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, social workers, activity therapists, certified nursing assistants and chaplaincy. We include other team members, as appropriate, for your treatment needs, such as respiratory therapists, physical therapists, psychologists and addiction therapists. We also are able to consult with other physician specialists within our healthcare system.
We take your confidentiality seriously, and it is strictly enforced on any level of care. Acknowledgement of your stay is prohibited without permission. If you are admitted on an involuntary status, the Department of Human Services and legal counsel are contacted to coordinate court processes and discharge planning. Patient consent is not required in this situation.
