Class Details
The Hmong Mental Health Conference aims to raise awareness, foster understanding and provide support for mental health within the Hmong community. Attendees can participate in diverse workshops covering various aspects of mental well-being, including recognizing signs of depression and anxiety, addressing mental health concerns among Hmong elders, exploring addiction and mental health conditions, navigating therapy expectations, and reducing stigma and shame of mental healthcare among men in the Hmong community. Valuable educational resources also will be available.
The conference is hosted in collaboration with the Eau Claire Area School District and Eau Claire Area Hmong Mutual Assistance Association.
