Mobile Health Clinic
At Mayo Clinic Health System, we believe everyone deserves high-quality healthcare. But if you live in a rural area, you may have to travel many miles to get that care. Our mobile health clinic helps bridge this distance by bringing safe, convenient medical services to you.
This medical clinic on wheels is designed to serve you and your family’s needs in a comfortable setting. It features two exam rooms and an on-site laboratory. We also have telehealth equipment to connect you to Mayo Clinic providers, including thousands of the world’s leading medical experts.
Conditions treated
Our mobile clinic provides care for a wide range of common health concerns and preventive health needs for adults and children, including:
- Chronic health conditions requiring ongoing monitoring.
- Common illnesses, such as earaches, coughs, sinus pain and sore throats.
- Minor injuries, including sprains and suspected fractures.
- Preventive health and wellness needs.
- Conditions requiring blood thinner monitoring, such as patients taking warfarin.
Diagnosis & treatments
In-person
Our mobile clinic offers convenient in-person evaluation, screening and treatment services, including:
- Chronic disease monitoring and follow-up care.
- Immunizations.
- INR testing for patients taking blood thinners, such as warfarin.
- Preventive health screenings.
- Evaluation and treatment of common illnesses.
- Injury assessments for sprains and fractures.
- Wellness visits and routine health evaluations.
Virtual
We also coordinate virtual visits with Mayo Clinic Health System specialists, including:
- Cardiology providers for pacemaker checks.
- Pediatric providers.
- Other specialists for consultations and follow-up care.
If additional services are needed, we'll help arrange care at a Mayo Clinic Health System location.

Labs with immediate results are not available from the mobile clinic. You can see your results on the patient portal or contact the healthcare provider who ordered the test.
