I have been a practicing therapist since 1999. I started my career specializing in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). I love the practical skills and mindfulness philosophy of DBT. Currently I am working only with adults. I believe that a therapist’s role is to listen, teach, guide and support clients in a nonjudgmental and validating environment.
I have a regular meditation practice. I love nature, being physically active, animals (especially dogs), birding and being in or on the water.
