My practice philosophy is rooted in the belief that optimal movement is essential for overall health and well-being.

Collaborating with you, your family and interdisciplinary healthcare teams is essential for fostering a holistic approach to rehabilitation and maximizing functional independence and quality of life. Ultimately, my goal is to help you move better, feel better and live a healthier life.

I grew up in Ashland, Wisconsin, where I enjoyed playing sports and all that Lake Superior had to offer. I have a strong tie to the big lake and often travel north to spend time with family and friends.

I now reside in Rice Lake with my husband and French Bulldog, Archie. You'll often find me with my family, usually on a walk or at a sporting event. I spend my free time weightlifting, running and coaching basketball.
