I love to assist people in improving their health through lifestyle interventions and healthy habits. Health is intertwined with vitality and happiness, and I love being a part of that journey with patients.

I believe in a strong physician-patient connection that is based on a relationship of trust built over time, just like an old-fashioned country doctor. A patient-physician team can be a force for positive change!

I love to explore the world with a sense of adventure and a philosophy of trying to live life to the fullest every day. My family is everything to me! My husband and I enjoy the chaos our five children and our puppy provide on a daily basis. I love animals, languages, playing and coaching hockey, drinking coffee and tea, traveling, camping, hiking and spending time outside.
