Sara Farias, APRN, C.N.P.

I enjoy establishing relationships with my patients and helping them achieve optimal wellness. I provide care for all ages — from infants to older adults — including preventive care and management of long-term illnesses. My patients can expect compassionate, professional care and someone who will listen to their needs and concerns, creating a partnership to improve their health.

I enjoy spending time with my spouse and two children. We spend a lot of time outside in both the winter and summer. I also love to bake, read and crochet.
