I do manual therapy to improve your mobility and function, but also expect you to follow through with a home program for self-management of symptoms.
I have been in outpatient orthopedic care for 29 years. I attend continuing education programs to learn new ways of treating orthopedic injuries. My focus has been primarily neck and back pain.
