Richard Pepper, L.A.D.C.

Having experienced firsthand the transformative nature of substance use treatment and recovery, I am committed to helping others find a path to their own recovery. In my current role as a clinical supervisor, I am committed to helping counselors develop in their careers to provide the best patient experience possible.

In high school, I decided I wanted to pursue a career in the medical field. I attended college and completed radiology technology training. I was active in that career for 10 years before pursuing opportunities in other fields and eventually decided to pursue a career as a licensed alcohol and drug counselor. Upon completion of my internship, I was offered a position as a float counselor. In March 2022, I started my position as a clinical supervisor.

I grew up in a very small town in South Dakota with a population of under 300 people. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and remaining active in the recovery community.
