I provide individual reviews of medications for patients who have a primary care provider on our clinic care team. Your visit will include an individualized review of your prescription, nonprescription and herbal medicines to ensure you are on the correct medicines.

My goal is to ensure they are working as expected and are safe and as easy to take as possible. I work with your provider and others on the care team to manage chronic conditions that are treated with medications, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, asthma, COPD, heart failure or depression.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading and hiking.
