I feel that I have a laid-back approach to physical therapy, utilizing both manual therapy with combination of therapeutic exercise to optimize functional outcomes. I like to make my patients feel at home in the clinic with a down-to-earth feel to treatment sessions.

I am a mom of two young girls, two golden retrievers and a cat. My husband and I met in college and have been married for seven years. We enjoy the outdoors, hiking, and gardening.
