Jordan Moen, D.P.T.

I provide personalized care, specific to each patient’s needs, utilizing approaches and techniques supported by up-to-date and cutting-edge research. Getting to know my patients well allows me to provide positive results as well as an enjoyable experience. I enjoy interacting with patients, getting to know them and their stories.

I grew up in a small town in Minnesota. I have participated in sports nearly my whole life. I am married and have two children who keep me on my toes and entertained and always busy. I am also a die-hard Vikings fan.
