I believe that pregnancy and birth are normal life processes, and I work to provide evidence-based care that is high touch and low intervention. I believe in empowering and educating women so that they can make the best decisions for themselves and their family regarding their health, pregnancy, labor and birth.

My free time, lately, is often spent at an ice rink watching my son play hockey. I love to travel, read and garden.
