I believe in providing compassionate and holistic midwifery and women's health care that is individualized to each person's needs and goals. Every person deserves respect, excellent care and a provider who will really listen and help navigate the options. I have been working with prenatal care, breastfeeding education, support for new families and women's health for almost 20 years. I believe pregnancy and birth are a natural process that sometimes needs a helping hand.
I am happy to support you as you make the choices that work best for you and your baby. I am also here to help you navigate your overall healthcare journey — whether that is for pregnancy and birth, contraception, menopause/perimenopause symptoms, STI screenings, or preventive care, such as annual exams, paps and more. I love meeting new people. Getting to know my patients and their families is one of the best parts of my job. I look forward to meeting you.
I'm a mom of four great kids and one very headstrong goldendoodle! I grew up in South Minneapolis around the lakes. After college I was lucky enough to live in Japan and every corner of the United States as a Navy spouse. My kids and I are so happy to be back in Minnesota! We love living in the Southeast region.
I always enjoy learning about new things — especially other cultures, great food and cozy coffee shops. If I'm not at work catching babies, a kid's game, or FFA event, you will probably find me drinking coffee or reading in a comfy chair someplace.
