I believe that my job as your doctor is to help you move toward your life goals. I take a collaborative approach to whole-person wellness.

I grew up on a farm in Nebraska and have a great appreciation for the natural world. My partner and I like to travel, backpack, eat and do game nights with loved ones. I am a knitter and woodworker and have recently taken up bird-watching.
