I like to get to know my patients, even in the little time I may have with them. I believe finding a human connection and including my patient in as many choices about their anesthetic care as possible makes a more positive experience.

I grew up in south central Minnesota. I have been around health care all of my life, and find it a privilege to have experienced care from the point of view of the patient and family. These experiences have helped me relate to my patients and allow for open communication.
