Dale Groshek, P.A.-C.

In my role as a palliative medicine practitioner, I am dedicated to supporting patients with serious, life-limiting illnesses and their families. My primary goal is to ensure that patients and their loved ones have a clear understanding of their current health status. I facilitate open and honest conversations about their goals of care, empowering them to make informed decisions that align with their values and preferences.

I am committed to providing care that not only addresses the physical symptoms of illness but also attends to the emotional and psychological needs of patients and their families. By focusing on holistic care, I strive to enhance the quality of life for my patients, helping them achieve the best possible outcomes during challenging times. Through compassionate communication and personalized care plans, I aim to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected and cared for. My approach is centered on the belief that every patient deserves dignity, comfort, and the opportunity to live their remaining days with purpose and peace.

I was raised in rural Central Wisconsin. I enjoy gardening and am trained as a Master Gardener volunteer. I also enjoy music, both in attending musical events and performing with local choral ensembles. To help with daily stress, I enjoy exercise and yoga.

I am interested in using complementary medicine alongside traditional Western medicine. I want to combine treatments such as acupuncture, herbal medicine and lifestyle changes with standard medical care to help my patients feel better and improve their overall health.
