Patients can expect feeling seen and heard during appointments. I strongly believe in individualized nutrition care based on a patient's main concerns and health goals they want to focus on. My nutrition philosophy is small, sustainable changes for long-term success.

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My hobbies include nice evening walks, being outside and squeezing in short exercises when a busy life schedule allows the opportunity. I aim to meet needs of people I encounter in my day. I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes; quick and easy are most realistic for me.
