Clare Gannon, APRN, C.N.P., D.N.P.

My philosophy of practice is rooted in the belief that every patient deserves holistic, evidence-based, and compassionate care. I believe in treating each patient as a unique individual, respecting their values, culture, and personal goals. My practice emphasizes shared decision-making, where patients are empowered to actively participate in their own health care. My role is to serve as both a clinician and advocate, promoting health, preventing disease, and managing illness in partnership with patients, families, and communities.

I enjoy spending my free time reading, traveling, and exploring new places. Being outdoors brings me a sense of peace and balance, whether it's going for a walk, hiking, or simply enjoying the fresh air. I also value time with friends and family, as those connections keep me grounded and bring joy to my life.
