Provider's Bio
I believe in listening to my patients to learn about their background and lifestyle to best inform my interventions. I have a strong background in dance, yoga and Pilates as well as lifestyle medicine which informs my treatment approach to create manageable, realistic home plans for my patients so that they can engage and thrive in their individual lives.
Outside of work, I enjoy teaching ballet, knitting, cooking and spending time with my 4 children and husband.
