Andrea Miller, P.T., MPT

My practice consists primarily of patients dealing with wounds or swelling issues. I have had a passion for the treatment of these patients throughout my career having the privilege of treating patients in acute care, outpatient clinics and in skilled nursing facilities. I am committed to working with the patient, the family/caregiver and the referring provider as a care team to optimize wound healing potential and care for the wound throughout the closing process. I feel education throughout the treatment course is key, allowing the patient to take ownership of their care plan. This same philosophy applies to the care of patients dealing with swelling/lymphedema issues. Without patient understanding and compliance, accomplishing the patient's goals is difficult.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my children. I enjoy caring for my many indoor and outdoor plants and find the care of them relaxing.
