I was born and raised in the surrounding area of Eau Claire, Wisconsin. After my schooling and working at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, my husband and I moved back to this area to be closer to our families.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, friends and dogs. I also enjoy gardening, hiking, traveling and participating in citizen science projects related to bumble bee conservation.
