The health care professionals in the Family Health Clinic provide compassionate care for you and your family — men and women, newborn to elderly. They care for all your medical needs from pregnancy care through to delivery, yearly physicals and well-baby checkups to earaches and injuries.
The Family Health Clinic was established in 1976 and is home to the Mayo Clinic Family Medicine Residency Program. The residency is educationally affiliated with the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science, which has a long-standing tradition of excellence in graduate medical education.
The clinic consists of seven faculty members and 18 residents. Residents are physicians who have graduated from accredited medical schools, are MDs or DOs and are furthering their training in the specialty of family medicine. The program provides three additional years of training in preparation for becoming board-certified in family medicine.
