Lower Abdomen Skin and Tissue Reduction (Panniculectomy)
A panniculectomy surgery removes hanging skin and fat from your lower abdomen to create a smoother abdominal profile. This extra skin is sometimes referred to as an “apron.” Unlike a tummy tuck, your abdominal muscles are not tightened during this procedure.
