If you are a Medicare recipient, you are eligible to take advantage of annual wellness visits in Internal Medicine in Eau Claire.
The annual wellness visit is a free annual preventative visit for you to meet with a registered nurse to develop or update a personalized prevention plan based on your current health and risk factors. It is not an actual physical exam and does not replace your annual physical exam with your regular health care provider each year.
